One representative example of our core investment strategy is the ownership and operation of a unique subset of the New York City multi-family asset class - unsold cooperative and condominium apartments. RSP has a dedicated focus on this property type and is one of the largest holders of unsold apartments in NYC operating a portfolio which includes apartments located in some of the most exclusive Class A residential buildings in Manhattan.

RSP also pursues opportunistic real estate investments on a situation specific basis. Such investments typically require intensive management of operations, extensive capital investment programs and/or full repositioning of properties (or their tenancies) and offer exceptional return potential for investors over a shorter period of time.
